An agriculture harmonizes some with its environment - Since 1974, we made the choice cultivate our vines without artificial fertilisers, nor weedkillers of synthesis, according to the Lemaire-boucher method. - the harmony between the ground and the plant is thus respected, making it possible to obtain a wine of quality, healthy and natural. - the fertilization is ensured by the contribution of organic matter (compost, manure...) and with the need for mineral manures. - the protection of the vineyard is carried out by the use of simple products (copper, sulphur) and by the biological fight (bacilli) which respect the natural environment. - the work of the ground is completed thanks to the ploughings and the hoeings. - the weeding is mechanical (interceps Boisselet). |
